  两路供水以保证消防要求，所有仓库均按丙一、丙二消防要求进行设计施工。

  中心引入中国电信、中国铁通、中国网通三家电信运营商，以方便入驻企业。

  中心装备红外线报警系统、电视监控系统、网络视频监控系统等设施，确保货物安全。

  中心拥有信息管理平台和局域网以及其他各类通讯设备。

  各仓库之间均设置卷帘门通道，以方便入驻企业扩大仓储面积后的快速流动。
